1. The Serbiska service

Serbiska is a technology platform for requesting, matching, tracking, and documenting local deliveries. Availability depends on location, operating hours, vehicle capacity, package type, Courier supply, and service coverage. Features and coverage may change as the platform develops.

2. Accounts and acceptable use

You must provide accurate information, keep your contact details current, protect your device and credentials, and use only your own authorized account. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless promptly reported as unauthorized. We may verify, limit, suspend, or close accounts to protect users, investigate misuse, comply with law, or enforce these terms.

3. Sender responsibilities

The Sender must provide accurate pickup, recipient, destination, package, value, handling, and contact details; select a suitable vehicle; package items safely; remain reachable; and ensure lawful handoff and payment. The Sender must not conceal an item's nature or request delivery of prohibited, dangerous, illegal, improperly packaged, or capacity-exceeding goods.

Prohibited items include illegal drugs, weapons or explosives, hazardous substances, stolen goods, live persons, and any item prohibited by law or platform policy. Restricted goods such as medicine, food, fragile items, cash, high-value goods, alcohol, or regulated products may require extra conditions or may be refused.

4. Courier responsibilities

Couriers must maintain valid identity, license, vehicle, and required operating documents; use an approved roadworthy vehicle; review package details before accepting; follow applicable traffic and safety rules; protect the package from unauthorized access; keep delivery status and location accurate; communicate professionally; and complete only the assigned delivery.

A Courier may refuse or report an unsafe, illegal, incorrectly described, improperly packaged, or unsuitable delivery.

5. Fees, cash, COD, and payouts

The app shows the estimated or final delivery charge and applicable fees before confirmation. The total may change when the Sender changes the route, stops, package, vehicle, waiting time, or other delivery details. The person identified in the booking must pay using the selected method.

For cash or COD transactions, the app record determines who collects or pays the declared amount. Senders, recipients, and Couriers should count cash and confirm the recorded payment status at handoff. Courier earnings, Fleet shares, platform fees, refunds, and payouts follow the rates and records displayed in the platform.

6. Recipient PIN and proof of delivery

Do not complete the handoff earlyThe Sender can view the Delivery/Recipient PIN and communicate it to the intended recipient. The PIN should be given to the assigned Courier only at the actual handoff, after any required cash payment is settled.

Entering the correct PIN, together with required photo, location, signature, or other proof, confirms the platform handoff workflow. Users must not share, request, or enter a PIN to falsely mark an undelivered package as delivered. If the recipient cannot provide the PIN, the Courier must follow the in-app exception or support process rather than bypass verification.

7. Cancellations, failed delivery, and disputes

Cancellation charges may apply after matching, Courier travel, pickup, waiting, or other work has begun. A failed delivery may result in return, redelivery, waiting, storage, or other reasonable charges. Users should report missing, damaged, incorrect, unpaid, or disputed deliveries through official support as soon as possible and preserve messages, photos, receipts, and packaging.

8. Safety, enforcement, and responsibility

Users must communicate respectfully and must not threaten, harass, discriminate, defraud, manipulate location or proof, or endanger another person. Emergency services should be contacted first for immediate danger; in-app safety and support tools are not substitutes for emergency response.

To the extent permitted by law, each user remains responsible for their own acts, declarations, goods, payments, and legal compliance. Serbiska may review records, cooperate with authorities, restrict access, or take corrective action when reasonably necessary. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Changes and contact

We may update these terms to reflect service, pricing, safety, provider, or legal changes. Continued use after the effective date means the updated terms apply, subject to applicable law. Questions may be submitted through the official support channel in the Sender or Courier app.
